Depression in College: Bad Sleep Habits & How To Change

Hey all, In this video I talk to students (or anyone) who feels like a failure because they can't seem to overcome poor sleep patterns. This can be a part of depression, but there are ways to overcome this. Hint: it doesn't involve bullying yourself of forcing behavioural changes. You can 'fix' this issue very easily with just a little self-kindness and patience.
